Aerodynamic Blade Extrusion & Winglet Technology
Our HVLS blades are extruded from high-strength magnesium-aluminum alloy (6063-T6) with internal structural reinforcement ribs. The specialized aerodynamic profile generates uniform downward and radial column airflow while minimizing vortex turbulence and aerodynamic drag.
Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) Assembly
The direct-drive PMSM production facility incorporates precision stator winding, neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) permanent magnets, and sealed bearing housings, eliminating the oil leakage and periodic gearbox maintenance associated with traditional geared motors.
CNC Machining & Structural Hub Integrity
Fan hubs and structural chassis components are machined on multi-axis CNC centers from forged aluminum and structural steel to maintain strict geometric tolerances, vibration resistance, and structural safety under heavy continuous operating loads.
