Multi-Tier Mechanical & Structural Safety

Motor Balancing & Thermal Run-In Testing

Prior to packaging, every PMSM and industrial drive unit undergoes dynamic balancing on computerized test stands to ensure vibration stays well below international industrial thresholds. Units undergo thermal run-in tests to confirm motor temperature rise remains within Class F insulation limits.

Electrical & Inverter Integration Verification
